Within the framework of its activities, RICHEMONT DELVISO, located at 3 rue la Boétie 75008 PARIS, Tel.: 01.84.16.46.40, Email : contact@richemont-delviso.com, acting as data controller, proceeds with the computerized processing of the personal data of its clients in compliance with the regulation relating to the protection of personal data. 

The use of this data has the objective of managing the relationship with the clients within the framework of the performance of the contract binding them to RICHEMONT DELVISO (including the case management and the invoicing). 

The clients’ personal data is shared with the lawyers and the administrative staff of RICHEMONT DELVISO.

The clients’ personal data may also be communicated to third parties involved in the implementation of the mission entrusted to RICHEMONT DELVISO by the clients.

RICHEMONT DELVISO implements appropriate technical safety measures in order to protect the clients’ personal data. 

The data collected is stored by RICHEMONT DELVISO for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with the clients. The personal data is then archived for five years before being deleted.

In accordance with the regulations in force, clients have the right to access, modify, oppose, limit, transfer, erase their personal data.
